Currently I've got 4 coming through interlibrary loan (did it always take this long?).

Anyway, have been enjoying your recaps although I'm skipping over those I haven't re-read yet. It's kinda nice to go back in time, re-read these books having long forgotten what they were about or what happened.

Interestingly enough, I did read your re-cap of Bob-White cave and you know...it used to be one of my fav's too but this time I didn't like it nearly as much.

Well...will probably comment on later posts as time goes on. Great blog and thanks!

(BTW...Trixie is WAY WAY cooler than Nancy Drew could even pretend to be!) ;-)Adorohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02853244433854822731noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5887611976174504593.post-66169979049729300252010-06-28T20:00:32.539-05:002010-06-28T20:00:32.539-05:00Trixie was absolutely my favorite series as a chil...Trixie was absolutely my favorite series as a child. I also put it in my classroom library (5th grade teacher), and some of my girls picked them up - until I realized that the books I had were probably collectors' items! I have all 39 of them, and even bought copies for a friend who was just as much a fanatic as I am!bet410https://www.blogger.com/profile/13034711203081323149noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5887611976174504593.post-73018346019297243682010-04-17T05:56:26.992-05:002010-04-17T05:56:26.992-05:00I had a couple of trixie books growing up in New Z...I had a couple of trixie books growing up in New Zealand. I loved them because she wasn't as perfect as Nancy Drew and her family seemed so nice haha. Also as she gets older she starts becoming a bit hotter and gets a boyfriend and stuff. Good times haha.Alaurablenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5887611976174504593.post-90415189694726481982009-03-24T21:38:00.000-06:002009-03-24T21:38:00.000-06:00Thanks, Kathryn! It takes me a bit to re-read the books and write a recap.88Keyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05542364929501596043noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5887611976174504593.post-42714867368793926362009-03-24T13:35:00.000-06:002009-03-24T13:35:00.000-06:00Hi, I just found your blog. Your blog is now on my daily rotation to check for updates :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
